We asked customers to rate their experience with Zephyr based on ease of contact, timeliness of response, understanding of the enquiry, product knowledge and overall customer experience. Here's what we found:

• Ninety three (93%) of respondents rated their overall experience with Zephyr as either "Above Average" or "Outstanding"
• Ninety one (91%) of respondents rated their experience with Zephyr technical support as either "Above Average" or "Outstanding"
• Eighty Five (85%) of respondents rated their satisfaction with Zephyr's licensing policies and renewal process as either "Above Average" or "Outstanding"
