Annual Survey Gives Zephyr High Marks for Product Performance, Support and Overall Satisfaction
We asked customers to rate their experience with Zephyr based on ease of contact, timeliness of response, understanding of the enquiry, product knowledge and overall customer experience. Here's what we found:
- Ninety three (93%) of respondents rated their overall experience with Zephyr as either "Above Average" or "Outstanding"
- Ninety one (91%) of respondents rated their experience with Zephyr technical support as either "Above Average" or "Outstanding"
- Eighty Five (85%) of respondents rated their satisfaction with Zephyr's licensing policies and renewal process as either "Above Average" or "Outstanding"
As mentioned, maintaining high marks from our customers is key to our continued success, particularly since we continue to see more and more Attachmate clients come to Zephyr for alternative host access solutions. Actual customer comments from the survey:
