Annual Survey Gives High Marks for Zephyr Products and Support

Overwhelming Majority are Very Satisfied with Product Support and Performance

This year, a record number of users participated in the annual Zephyr survey. The results show that 88% of those surveyed rate the speed, stability and performance of the Zephyr PASSPORT terminal emulation very favorably. 75% of those surveyed said the Zephyr terminal emulation was very easy to install.

The comments received from the Zephyr PASSPORT Host Integration Objects were even better. Of those surveyed, 100% of those surveyed rated the speed, stability and performance of PASSPORT HIO as very favorable. 100% said they were also very satisfied with the quality of support from Zephyr.

The annual customer survey is used to guide development efforts at Zephyr and the most requested features listed in this year’s survey will be included in the 2006 versions of the PASSPORT family of terminal emulation and host integration products.
