Configuration Changes on Server Not Seen by End Users
PASSPORT Web to Host

Attribute and/or Keyboard configuration changes made on the PASSPORT Web to Host server are not seen by the end user(s). How can this be resolved?
Any custom configuration settings made by the user(s) on their workstations are stored in local attribute and keyboard files. By default these are saved in the C:\Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\PASSPORT Web to Host\ folder. These local settings will override any settings stored on the server, by default. If configuration changes are made on the server, which are not being seen at the workstation, below are the possible solutions:
Remove the local Attribute and/or Keyboard settings from the workstation to allow the new server settings. These are found in C:\Documents and Settings\username\My Documents\PASSPORT Web to Host by default. Each attribute and keyboard file will have a name that matches the session profile name. Attribute profiles will have a *.ZAT extension, while keyboard profiles will have a *.ZKB extension.
Disable the options to allow
local settings to be saved. This is done from the PASSPORT WEB TO
HOST Administrator and can be configured at the session or user level:

At the user level:
Beginning with version 2007-1228, the default path for the saved keyboard & attribute profiles is %MYDOCUMENTS%\Zephyr\PASSPORT WEB TO HOST. In earlier versions, the default path is C:\Program Files\eClient Local Files. However, the administrator may change this path by selecting Tools®Global Settings and entering a new path.
