Issue

When I print my screen using either the File®Print menu command or the Print toolbar button the Printer Setup dialog box is displayed. Is there a way to disable this so that the print screen is automatically sent to my printer?

Solution

This is an option that may be configured from the Administrator. Follow the steps below to configure this option in PASSPORT Web to Host:

1. Start the PASSPORT Web to Host Administrator program.
2. Locate and open the session profile to configure.
3. Select the Miscellaneous tab.
4. Disable the Prompt for Printer Settings option.
5. Click OK to save or Connect to test.

• Feature added in PASSPORT Web to Host version 2002-823

• This option cannot be set from the PASSPORT Web to Host Client application and must be set from the Administrator program.  If you are an end-user and are interested in this feature, please contact your system administrator.
