Issue

How can I view a list of licensed PASSPORT Web to Host users?

Solution

Use one of the following methods to view a list of the workstations that have downloaded the PASSPORT Web to Host ActiveX client:

1. Start the PASSPORT Web to Host Administrator program.
2. Select the Tools®Licensing Information menu command.
3. Choose the View Licensed Users button to display the Licensed Users screen. From this screen you may Add, Rename or Delete workstation names from the list.
   
   Note: workstation names are automatically published to this list when a user downloads the ActiveX client.

OR

1. Start the PASSPORT Web to Host Administrator program.
2. Select the Tools®View Session Usage menu command to display an HTML page, which displays a list of workstations that have downloaded the ActiveX client.

More Information

• If you do not see the View Licensed Users button on the Licensing Information screen, this indicates that you have a concurrent license for PASSPORT Web to Host.
