Issue

After upgrading to PASSPORT from another terminal emulator, the function keys do not work as expected. How can this be resolved?

Solution

Follow the steps below to correct this problem:

1. Check to make sure that the correct emulation type is configured. You may need to refer to your previous emulator for this setting.
2. Check to make sure the function keys are mapped to the appropriate host function.
