Function Keys Not Working With Citrix

Issue

Although I have certain function keys mapped, they do not work in my Citrix environment.

Solution

Citrix Server allows the mapping of hotkeys to perform certain routine Windows functions. Since these hotkeys will override any PASSPORT function keys that are mapped, you need to check to make sure the function key that is not working is not mapped as a hotkey in Citrix.
