Issue

When I press the Shift key in conjunction with another key on the keyboard, the shift indicator remains on the OIA (Operator Information Area) until I press another key on the keyboard. How can I resolve this issue?

Solution

This issue has been resolved in PASSPORT Web to Host version 2004-3722-2. You will need to upgrade to this version or newer to resolve this issue.
