Issue

I have PASSPORT configured for basic TN3270 emulation (TN3270E Support is disabled). The System Request host key (Shift+ESC by default) does not seem to work.

Solution

In PASSPORT PC to Host 2004-930 and PASSPORT Web to Host 2004-227 and newer, the System Request key is available in both basic TN3270 and TN3270E sessions. Prior to this version, this function is only available in sessions configured for TN3270E Support.
