Issue

When I launch a PASSPORT session, everything appears to be connected. However, no text appears on the screen. What should I do?

Solution

This generally occurs when the PASSPORT font that you’re using did not get loaded when the session starts. This could happen because your system is running low on resources, or there could be other system problems preventing the font from loading. To correct this, follow the steps below:

For PASSPORT PC to Host:

  1. Open the Fonts applet from Windows Control Panel.
  2. Select Install New Font from the File menu, then browse to C:\ Program Files\PASSPORT\.
  3. Choose Select All and hit OK to install the following PASSPORT fonts:

For PASSPORT Web to Host:

  1. Open the Fonts applet from Windows Control Panel.
  2. Select Install New Font from the File menu, then browse to C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files\.
  3. Choose Select All and click OK to install the following PASSPORT fonts:
