When I launch a PASSPORT session, everything appears to be connected. However, no text appears on the screen. What should I do?
This generally occurs when the PASSPORT font that you’re using did not get loaded when the session starts. This could happen because your system is running low on resources, or there could be other system problems preventing the font from loading. To correct this, follow the steps below:
Since the ActiveX PASSPORT Document is a .cab file, you will not be able to view the PASSPORT font files within Windows Explorer. There are two ways of locating and viewing these fonts:
text, screen, blank, fonts, loading
