Issue

I am able to successfully connect a PASSPORT session to my host. However, a large border is present on all sides of the display:

How can I configure PASSPORT so that the entire screen is used by the displayed text?

Solution

This type of problem is normally caused when very high resolution monitors are used with the PASSPORT session. In most cases configuring the session to use a Windows True Type font will resolve this issue.

To change the font for a session, follow the steps below:

For PASSPORT PC to Host:

  1. With your PASSPORT session connected, select Fonts from the Options menu.
  2. Under Font Type select Windows True Type Font from the drop-down list.
  3. Choose one of the available fonts from the list.
  4. Click OK to save.

For PASSPORT Web to Host:

Instructions are the same as those for PASSPORT PC to Host.
