Issue

I have a password protected screen saver enabled on my Windows desktop. If I have a PASSPORT session active when the screen saver invokes and I type my password to gain access to my desktop, the host screen will shift one character to the left. Is there a way to prevent this behavior?

Solution

This is a known issue that has been resolved in PASSPORT PC to Host version 2002-621 and PASSPORT Web to Host 2004-227. If you are experiencing this problem with an earlier release, you must upgrade to version 2002-621 to resolve.
