Issue

How can I configure PASSPORT to use Wyse 60 emulation?

Solution

For PASSPORT PC to Host:

  1. Start PASSPORT and select the File®New menu command.
  2. Enter the IP host name, port number, WYSE-60 for emulation type, and choose the appropriate Screen Size. This information can be changed using the Communication®Setup menu command from a disconnected session.
  3. Click Connect to save your settings and establish your connection with the host.

  4. For PASSPORT Web to Host:

  5. Start the PASSPORT Web to Host Administrator program.
  6. Select Sessions from Wyse Display then right-click and choose New from the pop-up menu.
  7. Type a name for the new session profile and click OK.
  8. On the Connection tab, enter the IP Host Name, Port Number and choose the appropriate Screen Size.
  9. Click OK to save your settings or Connect to test the connection.
