Allow Users to Connect to Host Without Opening Port 23

How do I configure my network to work with PASSPORT to allow users to connect to our host system without opening the telnet port 23 to the public?
If you are using PASSPORT PC to Host, you would have to set up a VPN access to allow your external users to connect to your network then use PASSPORT SSL security from the session to the host for additional protection.
If you are using PASSPORT Web to Host, then this can be accomplished by configuring your ISA server to do TCP port redirection. Review the information from the link below for detailed instructions:

Note: There are also customers who have setup up SSL VPN solutions (i.e., Caymas, Juniper, Cisco, etc.) to use with our PASSPORT Web to Host. This solution is only available in PASSPORT version 2007-1516-1 (patch) or later.
