Establishing Connection to Host

Cannot establish a connection to the host.
If you verify that the IP and TCP port addresses are correct and have your session configured for TN3270E, disable the TN3270E Support option.
If you have Extended Attributes and TN3270E Response Support enabled, disable these options.
Verify that you have configured the correct Screen Size (MOD2, MOD3, MOD4, MOD5).
Verify that the host is up and running by trying to "ping" the Host IP address from a DOS window.
Contact your Network Administrator to verify status of Telnet daemon and Windows Telnet Access group.
If you have a personal firewall running, make sure it is configured to allow Telnet through the port that PASSPORT is configured to use for host access.
Beginning in PASSPORT PC to Host 2007, PASSPORT offers a New Session wizard to walk you through configuring a session. If you need to change these options at a later time, you will need to disconnect from your session and select "Setup" from the "Communication" menu
For PASSPORT Web to Host users, you will need to contact your system administrator to make changes to session settings
