Issue

After making changes to their session profile, users are not able to save it (.zws) to a share on the network.  They receive an "Access to \\Machinename\Sharename\SessionName.zws was denied." error message (see below).  What do I need to do to resolve this?

Solution

For PASSPORT PC to Host versions 2002-621 and earlier:

You must give the users "Full Control" share permissions to the network share.

For PASSPORT PC to Host versions 2004-930 and newer:

You must give the users "Change" share permissions to the network share.
