Access Denied Error

After making changes to their session profile, users are not able to save it (.zws) to a share on the network. They receive an "Access to \\Machinename\Sharename\SessionName.zws was denied." error message (see below). What do I need to do to resolve this?
You must give the users "Full Control" share permissions to the network share.
You must give the users "Change" share permissions to the network share.
This problem has been identified as a Microsoft Win32 API bug when occurring on Windows 2000 with "Change" permissions enabled. Visit the following page on the Microsoft support website for more information:
