Issue

While transferring a file from the local PC to the host using the PASSPORT FTP Client, users receive an "INSUFFICIENT ACCESS AUTHORITY" error message.

Solution

This error is caused when the FTP Client issues the STOR command with the dataset name in single quotes. Customers who experience this problem should upgrade to PASSPORT PC to Host version 2004-3B30-4 or PASSPORT Web to Host 2004-3722-3 or newer.
