Issue

After running the PASSPORT Web to Host QuickTrial on the Rocket Software web site, I am not able to launch a PASSPORT Web to Host session from my desktop. I am getting an error message: "Invalid License Code". How can this be resolved?

Solution

This typically occurs because the PASSPORT Web to Host version on your server is older than the QuickTrial version on the Rocket Software web site. To correct this, please do the following:

1. Open an Internet Explorer window.
2. Choose the Tools®Internet Options menu command.
3. Under Temporary Internet Files, click Settings then View Objects to display the Downloaded Program Files folder.
4. Right-click the PASSPORT Document and select Remove. 

This will delete the new PASSPORT Web to Host version downloaded by the Quicktrial and allow you to download the version currently installed on your server.

More Information

• Administrators can resolve this issue at the server by upgrading the PASSPORT Web to Host Server to the latest version.
