Issue

After installing PASSPORT Web to Host I try to start the Administrator web site, but get a "Page Cannot Be Found" error message. How can I resolve this?

Solution

This normally occurs because the shortcut that is created on the Windows Start Menu is pointing to localhost, but localhost is not enabled on the server. The easiest way to resolve this is to modify the shortcut to point to either the IP Address or the Server Name.
