Solution

If you are using a version of PASSPORT Web to Host older than 2004-3722-3, you will need to upgrade to the latest version of PASSPORT Web to Host.

Rocket Software has released a patch for PASSPORT Web to Host Version 2004-3722-3 to ensure compatibility with Internet Explorer version 7.

The patch is available for download here:

How to Apply the Patch:

This patch must be applied to version 2004-3722-3 of PASSPORT Web to Host only. If this is not done, unpredictable results may occur.

If you have any questions, you can submit a ticket to technical support.
