Issue

While trying to start PASSPORT as a Citrix published application from a workstation, I am getting a PASSTCP windows socket startup error 10091. How can this be resolved?

Solution

This problem occurs because of the interaction of Citrix MetaFrame XP Feature Release 3 and Microsoft Hotfix Q329115. Please follow the link below for information on how to correct this situation:

• Although running PASSPORT Web to Host on a Microsoft Terminal Server (with or without Citrix) is possible, it was not designed for this platform and is not recommended by Rocket Software.
