Printer Session Create File Error

I get the following "Printer Session Create File Error" message when trying to send a print job to my PASSPORT Web to Host printer session:
This problem occurs when the user does not have the correct permissions to create a temporary file in the PASSPORT folder, which is specified in the PASSPORT Web to Host Administrator program under the Config Lock tab. The logged in user must have at least Read and Write permissions to this folder.
The default path for the temporary file in PASSPORT 2007 and later is the user's My Documents folder. For versions prior to 2007, it is C:\Program Files\eClient Local Files\.
If PASSPORT is installed on Windows XP in a Workgroup environment, the Security tab is not available by default when viewing the properties page of the folder.
