Issue

I Receive the following "Reject Request: GetSysSessionProfile" error message when trying to start a PASSPORT Web to Host session:

Solution

This error is displayed when the session profile that the URL references does not exist on the PASSPORT Web to Host Server, or the correct permissions have not been granted to allow read access to the profile. Verify the following:

1. 1. Make sure the URL has been typed correctly and points to an existing session profile.

   2. Check to make sure the session profile (.zwh) has at least Read permissions granted to the local anonymous user (IUSR_ServerName).
