Issue

When trying to access the PASSPORT Web to Host help file, I am receiving an error message, “The system cannot locate the object specified". How can I resolve this?

Solution

There is a letter case sensitivity issue when accessing some of the *.xml files necessary to run the help file on a non Windows web server. Please locate this file on your PASSPORT Web to Host server:

**/Eclient/Help_display/Whproj.xml

and change: datapath="whdata" to datapath="Whdata"
