This Software Has Expired
PASSPORT PC to Host, PASSPORT Web to Host

I get a following "This software has expired." or "The subscription has expired." error message when trying to start PASSPORT.
These messages are designed to inform the PASSPORT administrator that it is time to renew the annual license. This only applies to customers that have purchased a Subscription License. Once the license has been renewed a new license code must be applied.
If the license on the PASSPORT Web to Host Server has not expired, this error may still occur if the date on the workstation has been rolled forward. In this case the date on the workstation should be set to the current date.
If the license on the PASSPORT Web to Host Server has been renewed but one or more workstations still receive the "software has expired" message, the PASSPORT configuration files may be locally cached. This normally occurs because Internet Explorer is configured to "Never check for newer versions of stored pages." The cached version of the configuration files should be removed, or Internet Explorer should be configured to "Automatically check for newer versions of stored pages" to resolve this problem.
Important: you should close all Internet Explorer windows after clearing the cache and before launching any PASSPORT sessions to ensure that no PASSPORT configuration files remain in memory.
