Issue

Why do I receive the following error when trying to connect to PASSPORT Web to Host session: "An error has occurred in the nscript on this page Line: 1, Char: 1, error: Syntax error, Code: 0"?

Solution

This type of error is generally associated with an older version of VBScript that is not compatible with PASSPORT Web to Host.  This can usually be resolved by installing the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer which will install the latest version of VBScript.
