The System Cannot Find The Path Specified Error

I am getting "Failed creating file: The system cannot find the path specified." error message when clicking the Connect button from the PASSPORT FTP Client. How can I resolve this?
This problem typically occurs in a Citrix environment where the user does not have write permissions to the temporary folder used in the PASSPORT FTP Client. To correct this, you must give the user write access to this folder or change the temporary folder location to where the user has write permissions. This is configured from the Settings tab in Communication®Settings.
