Issue

While transferring a host file to my workstation with the PASSPORT FTP Client, is it possible to give the target file a different name than the source file?

Solution

Use the Communication®Quote menu command then issue a GET or PUT statement. For example:

get hostfile.txt newfile.txt

(where hostfile.txt is the source file and newfile.txt is the target file)
