Issue

How can I prevent users from using the keyboard while a macro is running?

Solution

For PASSPORT PC to Host:

  1. Select Macro from the Options menu:

  2. Enable the checkbox next to Disable keyboard while macro is executing.

For PASSPORT Web to Host:

  1. Start the PASSPORT Web to Host Administrator program.
  2. Edit an existing or create a new Attribute profile.
  3. Select Macro:

  4. Enable the checkbox next to Disable keyboard while macro is executing.
  5. Click OK to save.
  6. Open the session profile that you would like to assign this attribute profile to.
  7. Select the Options tab.
  8. Locate and select the attribute profile name from the Attribute Profile list.
  9. Click OK to save or Connect to test.
