Issue

Can I specify a macro that will run whenever users click the red "X" or select "Exit" from the "File" menu to close the session?

Solution

For PASSPORT PC to Host:

  1. Disconnect from your PASSPORT session.
  2. Select Setup from the Communication menu.
  3. Select the Miscellaneous tab:

  4. Enable the checkbox next to Exit Macro.
  5. Browse to the macro you wish to use.
  6. Click Connect to test.

For PASSPORT Web to Host:

  1. Start the PASSPORT Web to Host Administrator program.
  2. Open the session to configure.
  3. Select the Miscellaneous tab.
  4. Enable the Exit Macro check box.
  5. Choose the appropriate macro from the drop-down list.
  6. Click OK to save or Connect to test.
