Solution

When you select "Edit" from the "Macro" menu, PASSPORT uses Notepad as the default editor. You can configure PASSPORT to use any editor you wish to use. To change this setting:

For PASSPORT PC to Host:

  1. Select Macro from the Options menu

  2. Browse to the editor you wish to use

For PASSPORT Web to Host:

  1. Start the PASSPORT Web to Host Administrator program.
  2. Edit an existing or create a new Attribute profile.
  3. Select Macro.

  4. Browse to the editor you wish to use.
  5. Click OK to save.
  6. Open the session profile that you would like to assign this attribute profile to.
  7. Select the Options tab.
  8. Locate and select the attribute profile name from the Attribute Profile list.
  9. Click OK to save or Connect to test.
