Issue

Currently the icon for my desktop shortcut after choosing the View->Save Session Layout menu command is a Microsoft Internet Explorer icon. Is it possible to change the icon for my desktop shortcut to the PASSPORT icon?

Solution

The default icon may be changed by following the steps below:

  1. Right-click the desktop shortcut and choose Properties.
  2. Choose the Change Icon button.
  3. Enter the following into the Look for icons in this file: field:

    %SystemRoot%\Downloaded Program Files\passport.exe

Note: you cannot browse to locate the .exe file since it is part of an ActiveX control.
  4. Select the PASSPORT icon and choose OK.
