With the ClearType feature enabled in Windows XP and a Windows True Type font selected in PASSPORT, certain characters are getting chopped off on the right-hand side. What would cause this and how can it be corrected?
This issue has been resolved in PASSPORT PC to Host version 2004-3B30-4 and PASSPORT Web to Host version 2004-3722-3. If you are experiencing this problem, you will need to upgrade to this version or newer to correct it.
The ClearType feature is enabled from Display Properties®Effects or Display Properties->Appearance Tab->Effects and selecting ClearType for the "Use the following method to smooth edges of screen fonts:" option in Windows XP.
