Issue

After starting a PASSPORT Web to Host session, the Internet Explorer Print toolbar button is grayed-out and unavailable.

Solution

This issue was resolved in PASSPORT Web to Host version 2004-227. If you are experiencing this problem, you will need to upgrade to this version or newer.
