Product

PASSPORT PC to Host

Emulation Types

TN3270, TN5250, VT, SCO ANSI, Wyse 60

Issue

After upgrading to PASSPORT PC to Host 2009-403, our JAWS application does not echo text or words correctly on the host screen.  For example, the letters s, t and u are echoed as "character 61555", "character 61556" and "character 61557" respectively.  How can this issue be resolved?

Solution

In order for the JAWS application to echo text or words correctly in PASSPORT PC to Host 2009-403, you will need to make sure that you have the PASSPORT True Type Font selected, which is done from the Fonts toolbar button or from the Options®Fonts menu command.
