Passport.exe and Iexplorer.exe Remain in Memory

When I attempt to close my PASSPORT Web to Host sessions by closing the associated Internet Explorer windows, the Passport.exe and Iexplorer.exe programs remain in memory when I view the process tab of Windows Task Manager. How can I resolve this issue?
Rocket Software has seen this problem occur on some workstations that have the Yahoo Toolbar installed. Removing and re-installing the Yahoo Toolbar will resolve this issue in most cases.
