Issue

How can I remove the PASSPORT Web to Host virtual directories that are created in Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS)?

Solution

The virtual directories may be removed by following the steps below:

1. Start the IIS Microsoft Management Console (MMC).
2. Locate the web site where the PASSPORT Web to Host virtual directories reside.
3. Right-click each of the following virtual directories and choose Delete from the pop-up menu:
   

   • pec

   • pecadmin

More Information

• pec and pecadmin are the default virtual directory names - if you chose different names during setup, look for them instead.
