Suppress TCP Error Message Dialogs

Issue

Is there a way to prevent TCP error messages from displaying, which require user intervention to continue?

Solution

 For PASSPORT PC to Host:

  1. Start a PASSPORT session.
  2. Choose the Communication®Disconnect menu command.
  3. Choose the Communication®Setup menu command.
  4. Select the Miscellaneous tab.
  5. Make sure the Suppress Error Message Dialogs option is checked.
  6. Click Connect to save.

For PASSPORT Web to Host:

  1. Start the PASSPORT Web to Host Administrator.
  2. Open an existing or create a new session profile.
  3. Select the Miscellaneous tab.
  4. Enable the checkbox next to Suppress Error Message Dialogs.
  5. Click OK to save or Connect to test.
