Issue

After upgrading to the latest version of PASSPORT PC to Host, users are complaining that the application window has changed to a dark gray color, where it was previously blue:

 

 

Is it possible to change this to a different color scheme?

Solution

If you are running PASSPORT PC to Host version 2011-506, then you will need to download the patch below which provides a new feature to change the window color scheme. If you are running a version prior to 2011-506, then you will need to upgrade to version 2011-506 or higher to utilize this feature.

How to apply the patch:

 

Copy the all the files to the directory where PASSPORT PC to Host is installed. The default directory is: C:\Program Files\PASSPORT\

 

How to change the color scheme:

 

Choose the View®Scheme menu command then choose Blue, Silver, Black or Aqua. The default color scheme is Black. Below is an example of the Blue color scheme:
