Issue

What is the difference between issuing the File->Print menu command and pressing the Print Toolbar Button?

Solution

Pressing the Print Toolbar Button will immediately send the contents of the screen to the printer, while the File->Print menu command will display the following Windows Print dialog box, allowing you to make changes to the printer settings:

Clicking the OK button will send the print job to the selected printer.
