Issue

I am performing a print screen using landscape orientation to A5 paper size. I have noticed that the printed information does not fill out the entire A5 paper, but instead, gets pushed to the top of the page. How can this issue be resolved?

 

Solution

Rocket Software has released a patch for PASSPORT PC to Host Version 2011-506 to ensure that printing in landscape orientation will fill out the A5 paper size.

How to Apply the Patch:

This patch must be applied to version 2011-506 of PASSPORT PC to Host only. If this is not done, unpredictable results may occur.  If you have any questions, you can contact your support representative directly.

  1. Make sure PASSPORT PC to Host is not running.
  2. Copy the all the files to the directory where PASSPORT PC to Host is installed. The default directory is C:\Program Files\PASSPORT\
