Issue

In version 2004-2716-3 or prior, PASSPORT crashes when printing a particular screen from a CICS application.  How can this be corrected?

Solution

Upgrade to PASSPORT 2007 or later to correct this problem.  If you're still running version 2004-2716-3, download the patch from the link below:

How to Apply the Patch:

This patch must be applied to version 2004-2716-3 of PASSPORT PC to Host only.  If this is not done, unpredictable results may occur.  If you have any questions, you can contact your support representative directly.

1. Make sure that the HLLAPI application is not running.
2. Unzip the ZIP file into the directory where the PASSPORT PC to Host is installed. The default directory is C:\Program Files\PASSPORT\
