Issue

How can I print two or more PASSPORT screens on one sheet of paper?

Solution

To print multiple screens on one page:

1. Choose the File®Page Setup menu command on the active session window.
2. Enable the Print Page After Following Number of Print Screens option.
3. Enter the number of screens to be printed per page in the Number of Screens field.
4. Click the OK button.
5. After setting this option, when the File®Print menu command or printer icon on the toolbar is used multiple times, the configured number of screen shots will appear on each printed page.

More Information

• You may want to use this feature to conserve paper

• You can force the printing before the setting (number of print screens) is reached by exit or close out of the PASSPORT session
