Emulation Types

Issue

The entire contents of the PASSPORT session screen may be printed to a file using a macro provided with PASSPORT. The file may then be viewed or printed using any text editor.

Solution

  1. Choose the Macro®Run menu command, or press the Run button on the toolbar. The Open dialog box will appear, allowing you to choose from a list of macros to run.
  2. Select the prt2file.zmc file, then click the Open button. A dialog box will prompt you to Enter File Name.
  3. Enter a name for the file you want to print the screen to. Include the full path along with the file name. For example, you could enter, "c:\My Documents\myfile.txt". If you do not enter a path, the file will be created in the default PASSPORT folder.
  4. Click the OK button.
