How can a print screen be done without bringing up the Windows Print Setup dialog box?
From the File®Options menu, disable the Prompt for Printer Settings option. When the option is enabled, a check appears in the check-box next to the option as shown in the example below:
If a large volume of screen printing is being done, disabling the Prompt for Printer Settings option will save time and keystrokes.
