Issue

When I try to launch a PASSPORT session, I receive one of the following error messages:

 

"Your PASSPORT Version is not Licensed to Run on Terminal Server or Citrix"

 

or

 

"Your PASSPORT Version is not Licensed to Run on Citrix"

Solution

For PASSPORT PC TO HOST:

Your license code determines whether or not PASSPORT will run on Citrix or Terminal Server. If you need a Citrix or Terminal Server enabled license code, you can request one here: http://www.zephyrcorp.com/support/software-license.asp.
