Creating an MST with InstallShield

To deploy PASSPORT using Group Policy/Active Directory you must apply
a transform (.MST) file to the MSI package, which contains the license
code. Without this, you will receive an "Unable to find Passport.key"
error.
MST files can be created with any MSI Authoring Tool such as InstallShield.
When creating your transform file, modify the passport.key file listed in the IniFile table so that the value is equal to the license code provided by Zephyr.
