Issue

Is it possible to upgrade from the trial product of PASSPORT to the full product without un-installing the trial product?

Solution

You can simply enter your production license code in the trial version.

1. Click the Purchase button on the splash screen that is displayed or select About from the Help menu
2. Copy and paste the license code into the License Code field
3. Click OK to apply

More Information

• If your production license code includes Citrix support or Object API support, you will need to reinstall the software if you're running version 2007 or older.
