Issue

How can I start multiple sessions of PASSPORT Web to Host?

Solution

1. Start as many sessions as are needed, then size and position as desired.
2. Choose the View®Save Session Layout menu command to save the size and position of all currently running PASSPORT Web to Host sessions and create a shortcut on the desktop.  

This menu command provides the ability to save the window size and position of each currently opened session. When this menu command is executed, you will be prompted to supply a name for the session layout. Using the layout name provided, a shortcut is created on your desktop. Clicking on this desktop shortcut launches each PASSPORT session with the saved window size and position. Each time the shortcut is launched, all saved sessions will launch in their saved location and size.  Use this command as many times as necessary to create multiple custom layouts.

More Information

• For PASSPORT Web to Host version 2007-1228 and higher, the resulting .htm file with the name of the session layout is created in your Global Settings Path (Default is My Documents\Rocket Software\PASSPORT Web to Host).

• For versions of PASSPORT Web to Host prior to 2007-1228, the resulting .htm file with the name of the session layout is created in your eClient Local Files folder.
