Action Log Not Logging User Activity

Although my users have no problem starting sessions from our PASSPORT Web to Host Server, their activity is not being logged in the Action Log. What would cause this and how can I resolve it?
This issue is typically seen when the web server where PASSPORT Web to Host is installed has anonymous access disabled and the user accounts do not have write permissions to the log file on the server. To resolve this, you must either enable anonymous access or grant write permissions to a group that all users belong to on the following file:
C:\Program Files\PASSPORT eClient Admin\Logs\Default.log
Write permissions should also be granted on the above folder to prevent any problems with the Session Usage Log.
